Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship orders placed at the NiFe WARS store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Where we ship We ship worldwide. Shipping availability and rates for your destination are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless a longer timeframe is stated on the product listing (for example, pre-orders, limited drops, and made-to-order items, which ship on or after the date noted on the listing). Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination, the items in your order, and total weight. The exact cost is shown before you complete payment. We do not currently offer free shipping. For large or wholesale orders, contact us at support@nifewars.com and we'll work out the best rate for you.
Carriers and delivery estimates Depending on your destination and the items ordered, we ship via carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL. Delivery time frames are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched, not when it is placed; they are not guaranteed.
Print-on-demand items Some products in our store (including certain apparel and posters) are produced on demand by third-party print partners. These items are made and shipped separately from our in-house inventory and typically take longer to arrive — generally around 4–10 business days within the United States and 5–35 business days internationally, depending on the item and destination. If your order contains both in-house and print-on-demand items, they may arrive in separate shipments and on different timelines.
International orders, customs, duties, and taxes For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are not collected by us. Customs processing may also delay delivery beyond our estimates. If you refuse a shipment or fail to pay applicable import charges and the package is returned to us, any return shipping costs and non-recoverable fees may be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Where tracking is available, you'll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Shipping address accuracy Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments Once we hand a package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. We are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control. If your order arrives damaged, or if a tracked shipment appears lost in transit, contact us at support@nifewars.com and we'll help you resolve it.
